Cazzygames Terms and Conditions

Eligibility, Registration and Account Rules

1. Age and Location Requirements for Canadian Players

An account may be opened only by someone who has reached the legal gambling age in their province or territory and who is physically located in a jurisdiction where Сazzygames accepts players. Local law always applies. A player who travels, or who uses a VPN to mask their location, remains bound by the rules of the place they are actually in.

2. Registration, Verification and Login Security

Each person may hold one account. The name, date of birth and address entered during Сazzygames casino registration must match your official documents. Identity and age checks run before the first withdrawal is processed and can include photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method, and any payout stays pending until those documents are approved.

Keeping your password and Сazzygames login details private is the player's responsibility. Anyone who suspects unauthorised access should change the password and contact support at once. The account can then be suspended while the case is reviewed, and pending withdrawals are held during that time.

Uploading clear documents soon after sign-up stops verification from delaying your first cash-out.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions breach the terms of Сazzygames casino:

• Bonus abuse, including betting patterns built only to clear wagering without real risk
• Multi-accounting, or opening accounts in the name of family members or other people
• Using bots, scripts or other automated play software
• Collusion with other players at shared tables
• Money laundering or depositing funds that are not your own
• Chargeback fraud, meaning a deposit disputed with the bank after it has been played

If a breach is confirmed, the casino may close the account, void the affected bets and keep any winnings linked to the breach. Suspected money laundering can also be reported to the relevant authorities.
